We are extremely sorry but we need to recall the acceptance package sent to you a few days ago. There has been a major bug in our software and the list contained some errors. PLEASE DO NOT transfer any registration fee and return any permission slip as of now. For those who did, please contact us so we can sort it out. We will update the list and resend the packages to the applicants on the new list as soon as possible. We will post the update here well. Again, we apologize for the mix up.

Sorry for the wait, here are the 120 initial applicants who we’ve accepted into our camp this year.
Please check your name on the list, you will receive an “Acceptance Package” which includes:
1. Payment method
2. Camp itinerary
3. Rules and regulation
4. Permission Slip
You have until 24th of June (10 days from now) to pay for the registration fee and return the permission slip. Instructions are included in the package.
For those who are not on the list, please pay attention:
1. Even though we have expanded the number of applicants this year, we would still like to remain diverse in the number of local schools we serve. Therefore we have placed a cap of 3 teams per school. A lot of schools did not register 3 teams, but for those who did, we have selected the applicants based on the “first come first served” principle. If you wish to change the composition of your teams, please discuss it among yourselves and send us the preferred applicants at hkpds.sw11@gmail.com (before 20th of June)
2. For the others who are not on the initial list, you are placed on the Waiting List (Again, ordered on the basis of first come first served). After the first payment deadline (24th June), if there are still spaces left due to resignation, we will move people up from the Waiting List and announce a Second List here soon after.
