On or before Friday (1st June), we will send a notification email to successful participants. We will also post the list of successful participants on our Facebook page and WordPress page. If you find your name on the list but cannot receive an email, it may be that you have given us a wrong email address. If such case happens, please contact us as soon as possible and give us another email address which we can contact you with. If you are not on the list, it means that you are on the waiting list. We will contact you once there are participants dropping out.
After receiving your notification email, you must reply the email before 7/6 (Wednesday) 24:00 and state that you will be coming to the camp. This is a crucial step. If you do not reply us, we will consider that you have changed your plans and will not come to the camp. We will take away the spot and give it to someone instead. We will send a confirmation email after we receive your reply. You do not have to reply this email.
Please again note that there are no accommodation this year. If you have special needs, please contact us as soon as possible.
After replying the email, you must pay the full sum to us. There is only one acceptable method of payment. Details of payment would be provided in the letter of confirmation.
Once you have transferred the payment, we request that you send confirmation of this payment (a screenshot or scan providing proof of the transfer to our email account. The deadline for payment is 24:00, 15 June 2012. If we do not receive proof of payment by this time, your slot will be reallocated to other people.
