It was caused by various unexpected mistakes. We have extended the deadline of reply to Friday (8th June). However the deadline of payment remains the same.
If you are not in the list, it is because either you do not fulfill our requirements or that you are in the waiting list. If you have any inquiries, feel free to contact us.

On or before Friday (1st June), we will send a notification email to successful participants. We will also post the list of successful participants on our Facebook page and WordPress page. If you find your name on the list but cannot receive an email, it may be that you have given us a wrong email address. If such case happens, please contact us as soon as possible and give us another email address which we can contact you with. If you are not on the list, it means that you are on the waiting list. We will contact you once there are participants dropping out.
After receiving your notification email, you must reply the email before 7/6 (Wednesday) 24:00 and state that you will be coming to the camp. This is a crucial step. If you do not reply us, we will consider that you have changed your plans and will not come to the camp. We will take away the spot and give it to someone instead. We will send a confirmation email after we receive your reply. You do not have to reply this email.
Please again note that there are no accommodation this year. If you have special needs, please contact us as soon as possible.
After replying the email, you must pay the full sum to us. There is only one acceptable method of payment. Details of payment would be provided in the letter of confirmation.
Once you have transferred the payment, we request that you send confirmation of this payment (a screenshot or scan providing proof of the transfer to our email account. The deadline for payment is 24:00, 15 June 2012. If we do not receive proof of payment by this time, your slot will be reallocated to other people.

Unfortunately, due to the miscommunication between the PDS committee and the staff of Polytechnic University, we failed to get accommodation for the PDS camp this year. Training sessions and tournament will still go on as usual, however, by nighttime, there would be no accommodation and you will have to go back to your home. If you have any special needs, please inform us as soon as possible via our email. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Here are some of the details of this year’s camp:

Registration fee: 1300HKD
Requirement: S3 -S7( or equivalent) students

Registration period: 5/5 – 30/5
we will allocate slots primarily through a first-come-first-served basis. However, there is a cap of 8 students per school unless there are extra vacancies. This is to ensure the diversity of participants in the camp. In special circumstances, we will also allocate slots on other bases
Details regarding the payment method is going to be uploaded later. We will confirm whether you are accepted after the first phrase of registration(i.e. 30/5). You do not have to pay until you are confirmed that you are accepted. We would keep you posted and upload more details later.
